※ Make sure to avoid "NO" that you think is fatal in the jeonse and monthly rent checklist.
It is important to have a lot of "YES" on the checklist, but most importantly, it is important to see if "NO" appears in the part related to your life pattern.

Since I often use the subway, if I have to find a house close to the subway station, it is better to exclude a house with No. 26 as a "NO", and if I have to find a house close to school because I am a student, it is better to exclude a house with No. 24 as a "NO".

▶ A house with more than 20 "YES" on the checklist may sign a contract!

When you find a house you like, it would be nice if all the items on the checklist were YES, but it is very difficult to get one. If there are more than 20 "YES" in the above checklist, it is good, so I think it is okay to sign such a house.

Also, checklist 11, 12 and 13 are very basic. Therefore, it is better to avoid houses that are checked as "NO" here. And when you look at a house, you can get a more accurate house if you have a catalog to roughly draw the structure of the house, or if you have a catalog to check the structure.

▶ Using Checklists to Bargain Monthly Rent

When looking around for a house, it is easy to compare the advantages and disadvantages of many houses by carrying a checklist and checking the necessary parts.

If you have found your favorite house through this process, visit again to make sure that the sink, gas stove, hood (ventilator), door, window, faucet, boiler, etc. are not broken or broken. Only then can you ask the owner of the house to repair the broken or broken parts when signing the contract, and you can cut the monthly rent by tens of thousands of won by citing the parts that are difficult to repair.

Tens of thousands of won will feel like a small amount of money right now, but if you add up the amount for a year or two, it's a lot of money. I think diligence and small effort are financial techniques.

▶ Choosing a house without a checklist can make it difficult later.

If you choose a house without a checklist, you may have unexpected problems over time, such as noisy surroundings, junk shops nearby, flies or mosquitoes seething and bad smells, or when your house is old and you have a bad winter. If this happens, you will only want to move to another place every day as soon as possible.

▶ Checklist to help you choose a house

Please carry a checklist with you when you go looking for a house from now on. If you look at the checklist written above and modify it little by little to suit you, you can live in a house that suits your heart exactly.

The real thing to consider here is that it's hard to look around the house while writing a checklist. Not only are there not many houses without defects at all, but it is also because of the poor eyes of the owners and real estate agents who want to hide the defects of the house. Also, it's hard to focus on the checklist because the licensed real estate agent keeps talking to you. In this case, it is recommended that you utilize the recording function of your smartphone. If you record while looking at the house, you can naturally leave a record of the house, and you can organize it based on what you recorded after looking at the house.

Just looking through the checklist before going to see the house changes the way you look at the house. Then I hope you get a good house.
